Andrea Fowler practices in the areas of commercial real estate and general business law with a focus on real estate sales, acquisitions and development; leasing and property management; institutional lending and financing; corporate entity formation; and asset sales.

Andrea has experience in a wide range of transactions advising landowners of all types, including developers, landlords and tenants, builders, condemning authorities and institutional lenders. She represents clients in complex commercial real estate sales, acquisitions and financing matters and in connection with the development of various projects, ranging from retail shopping centers and office buildings to corporate parks, residential subdivisions and multifamily apartment complexes. Andrea’s practice includes assisting both landlords and tenants with lease negotiations and operational and property management matters. Andrea has broad experience representing institutional lenders in the sale and management of commercial REO properties and the restructuring and workout of commercial loans. She has also worked extensively with condemning authorities in connection with property rights acquisitions and various right-of-way matters. Andrea has acted as title and closing agent in hundreds of commercial real estate transactions.

In addition to her real estate practice, Andrea handles general corporate law matters, including corporate formation; corporate operations and governance; and other contract drafting, review and negotiation; and asset sales and acquisitions.

Andrea graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a double minor in Art History and Psychology. She earned her law degree at the University of Florida, College of Law.
