Suncoast Parkway 2, Phase 3 will be approximately ten miles of four-lane toll road from CR 486 to US 19.

The Suncoast Parkway is being constructed in phases. Phase 1, from US 98 to SR 44, opened in February 2022. Phase 2, from SR 44 to CR 486, is expected to open in 2026.

Phase 3 is divided into segments 3A and 3B.

Segment 3A is from CR 486 to CR 495. This segment is in the design phase. Right-of-way acquisition scheduled for 2023 and construction in 2025.

Segment 3B is from CR 495 to US 19. This segment is also in the design phase. Right-of-way acquisition scheduled for 2024 and construction in 2026.
