Project Description:
FDOT is conducting a study to improve approximately seven miles of the SR 826/Palmetto Expressway to include the implementation of “dynamically priced” express lanes, access and ramp connections to the express lanes, interchange improvements, and intersection improvements.
A recommended alternative has been identified and a public meeting was held on November 7, 2019. A public information open house was held in October 2024. Another public meeting will be held at the conclusion of the study.
