The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) extension of Poinciana Parkway from CR 532 to I-4 is being fast tracked. Appraisals of properties needed by FDOT/Turnpike Enterprise are expected to begin in July and August 2025 with first written offers to be made shortly thereafter.
