Project Description:
Lake County is actively acquiring property for the widening and extension of Round Lake Road from the Lake/Orange County Line to just north of State Road 44.
The proposed roadway will provide two 12-foot-wide travel lanes in each direction, 5-foot-wide bicycle lanes, full and directional median openings, and dedicated left and right turn lanes in various locations of the project. The design will also include a 12-foot-wide multi-use trail and a 6-foot-wide sidewalk.
