I-4 Beyond the Ultimate is a $1.3 billion dollar project that is approximately 40 miles long. It begins in Seminole County east of SR 434 and ends east of SR 472 in Volusia County. On the western end, it runs from west of Kirkman Road in Orange County through Osceola County to west of the US 27 exit.
The project will be constructed in six small segments, a few miles at a time. Maps of the segments are listed below. Construction on segments in Seminole County began in 2019.

Segment 1B (242484-8), I-4 from east of Osceola Parkway (County Road 522) to west of Central Florida Parkway – Funded for right-of-way acquisition starting in 2020, not funded for construction
Segment 1A (431456-1), West of County Road (C.R.) 532 to east of Osceola Parkway (C.R. 522) – Not yet funded for right-of-way acquisition or construction
Segment 5 (201210-3), I-4 from west of U.S. 27 to west of C.R. 532 – Not yet funded for right-of-way acquisition or construction
